1. General Policy All tickets purchased for the Raas Ratri event are final. We maintain a strict non-refundable ticket policy.

Once a purchase is completed, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, personal scheduling conflicts, illness, travel issues, or non-attendance.

2. Ticket Transfers While tickets are non-refundable, they are transferable. If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. The responsibility for arranging this transfer lies entirely with the original ticket purchaser.

Please note that the date specified on the ticket is fixed and cannot be changed or used for a different event night.

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement In the rare case that an event night is cancelled or postponed by the organizers (e.g., due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances), we will communicate the official procedure to all ticket holders via our website and official channels.
